Job Description Manage assigned customer account(s).Function as contact window of the customer(s) for all aspects and coordinate with the other Eaton functions for customer requests. Manage existing business. Expand the business with identifying/realizing growth opportunities. Lead the other functions to realize the growth opportunities.
A. Corrects information of customers’global business strategy and identify value of Eaton.
B. Identify Eaton’s strategy in accordance with the customer’s strategy.
C. Identify Growth opportunities and coordinate other Eaton functions to realize the opportunities.
D. Maintain/Develop close contacts with all levels of customer.
E. Create necessary reports upon requests by Sales & Marketing Manager and other Eaton functions.
F. Create forecast every month in order to create ISiOP data and Rolling Forecast.
G. Coordinate the outputs (Commercial/Engineering related) for customer’s requests.
H. Maintain pricing/terms/conditions on each items for existing/future businesses.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) - Excellent Communication (in writing/speaking) in English (above Business level) and Japanese(Native level)
- Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
- Engineering 4 years degree or higher preferred
- Experience in Automotive and/or Truck industry is needed
- Literacy on MS Excel/Power Point/Word
